Help us arrive prepared
A few practical details help us understand the problem, confirm the right scope, and reduce avoidable back-and-forth.
Text Photos for an EstimateTell us what changed, where it is, and when it happens—not just the part you think may be bad.
For walls, ceilings, and floors, include the approximate dimensions and whether the surface is drywall, plaster, wood, laminate, vinyl, or tile.
A brand, model number, fixture style, or clear photo helps us plan tools and match the right replacement part.
Stop active water and clear safe access. Large mold areas, structural movement, or unsafe wiring may need a specialist before finish repairs begin.

Yes. Same-day appointments may be available for home or auto work depending on the service location, job type, parts, and safe working conditions.
Tell us what is happening and, when helpful, send photos. Mobile diagnostic visits are $100 and include up to 60 minutes of on-site testing. Repair pricing is explained separately before additional work begins.
Tell us where the problem is, what you see or hear, its approximate size, and the surface or material involved. For faucets, fans, fixtures, and hardware, include the brand or model when you can. Wide and close-up photos can be texted to us after you submit.
We can assess and repair many cosmetic drywall and finish problems after the water source has been stopped and the area is fully dry. An active leak, widespread mold, soft framing, or suspected structural damage may need the appropriate specialist first.
Warranty coverage depends on the repair and the source of the parts. Any applicable coverage, duration, and exclusions will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
